About
Kelsi is a board-certified music therapist and neurologic music therapist living in Prince William County. Born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Kelsi moved to Virginia to attend the Conservatory at Shenandoah University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy and Master's degree in Special Education.
Kelsi's career started in music therapy private practice, and she fell in love with the ability to see a variety of individuals and groups across multiple populations. Kelsi served as a special education teacher for an autism program and Special Education Department Chair in the high school setting in Loudoun County Public Schools. She later moved onto consulting for music therapy with several public school districts.
NeuroSound Music Therapy was a lifelong dream for Kelsi, and she could not be happier to provide music therapy services to over 100+ individuals and families in Northern Virginia. Kelsi hopes to increase awareness of the positive effects of music therapy among other professionals in the health services field and also provide person-centered therapy to those in need in the Northern Virginia area.
